The magnet is produced without magnetization at the time of production, which indicates that the magnetic domains in the magnet are randomly oriented, so the magnetic flux value is not displayed somewhere outside the magnet.
In order to show the magnetic flux outside the magnet, we use another permanent magnet or a strong magnetic field provided by the solenoid magnetizing coil to the magnet to rotate the magnet's internal magnetic moment so that its direction points in the same direction.
The strong magnetic field can also be generated by a fixture with a special magnetization method made according to customer requirements, and by a magnetic field between strong magnetic poles. The magnetization time of the magnetic field used can be a few seconds or only 5 milliseconds. When the magnetic field is strong enough, the magnetization time will be shorter.
Junhui has all the magnetization technology. The solenoid and electric power fixture can magnetize the magnet with an outer diameter of 150mm and a length of 200mm. Multi-pole magnetized magnets need special manufacturing of corresponding fixtures. The cost of a multi-pole magnetizing fixture is several thousand yuan. Under normal circumstances, a simulation fixture (for test use only) is set up for magnetization for engineering estimation.
